baby cot needed

Me and my wife just got married a couple of days ago. It was a huge rollercoaster ride for us because not only did we get married, but my wife also gave birth to our first child not a long time ago. In addition to this, we moved into our new house because some time ago, we were still living with our parents. We decided to change everything and so it happened. I even changed my job but fortunately for a better one. I had to do it as we the place where we live now is too far away from the place where I used to work, however, it is closer to my new job and to my wife"s place of work. Although we tried to put our child on top of the priority list, we still forgot about a few things. I have to buy a baby cot for instance. Without it, we will be virtually doomed. My mother has already scolded me for not having a baby cot while it is needed so badly. What can I do about it, though? I am working my head off in the new job wanting to impress my supervisors and my employers. I cannot skip work or think about mundane stuff like baby cot while I am in work. It simply cannot be done as I have to be focused like no one other. I cannot lose this position because it would complicate things a lot.
