Driving instructor courses company

In our country we lack professionally trained driving instructors. In mid nineties when I was thinking about start my own company that could offer driving instructor courses I knew that it will be a good business. I, as a professional driver in world rally championship could not imagine better candidate to be a driving instructor that myself. I even convinced my good friend who was also a very good driver to become my partner in this small business. Well then it was small we had only two cars back then. But starting the company was not so easy at I could seem. Even though I was a professional racing driver I had to complete many courses and pass special exams to run this firm. The practical tests very for me a piece of cake but the theoretical ones were really hard. My friend also went through this and then we legalized our company. We had a the beginning very good reputation as licensed rally drivers and we had many people who wanted to start driving instructor courses with us. Now, many years after that we have ten cars and twenty workers who are part of our family. We started from nothing but now we are well know company with professional crew. And what is also important all our employees are former racing drivers as we wanted to be sure that our crew is good trained and knows everything about the cars.
